Introduction
Welcome to my application Dialectcore. This Service is built, owned, and operated by me, an independent developer. By creating an account or using my Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Thanks for the interest in us building a dialect learning platform together through dialectcore. Please read the rules before signing up for dialectcore. You are responsible for how you use the platform, and must comply to the rules, and policies of the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old at the time you are signing up. Please make sure to enter your correct date of birth. If your country minimum age to join a social platform is above 13, please make sure that you meet your country requirements before signing up.
Merchant of Record
My checkout and payment processes are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all my orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service support and handles payment processing. When you purchase a subscription, you provide your billing details directly to Paddle, and their terms and privacy statement apply to the payment flow. User Accounts and Responsibility
While I secure your password, you are also entitiled to make sure no one but you know your password as it can be used along with your email to access your account without your permission. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer source code, or attempt unauthorized access to the servers or network APIs.
Subscriptions & Billing
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval (monthly or annually) unless you turn off auto-renewal before your next billing date.
Pricing Changes: I reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance. Price Changes: I reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Impersonation
You are not allowed to impersonate, or falsely represent another person, business, brand, company, or organization. If you are not authorized, this could result in you being banned from the platform.
Termination
If you go against the platform rules, it could result in your account being terminated or losing access to the platform.
Intellectual Property
The platform is owned, coded, and designed by me (Vaanii Frederick Gborkorquellie).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
