Subscription Pricing & Fee Structure
Access to Dialectcore Premium is billed on a recurring subscription basis at the price stated at the time of purchase ( $5.99 USD/month), plus applicable local taxes. All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Premium features until that period ends
Immediate Access & No-Refund Policy
Because Dialectcore provides immediate access to digital educational content, interactive lessons, and software features upon payment, *all purchases, subscriptions, and renewal fees are non-refundable*. By completing your purchase through Paddle, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: •You gain instant access to digital services upon transaction approval.•You waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period under applicable consumer protection laws once digital content delivery begins. • Partial subscription periods, unused lesson time, or lack of application usage do not entitle you to a refund or pro-rated credit.
Keep Your Features Until Period End
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Account Settings or via the subscription link in your Paddle purchase email. When you cancel your subscription, your premium features remain fully active until the very end of your current paid billing period (currentPeriodEnd). Once that period expires, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier, and you will not be billed again.
Manual Cancellation Required
Removing your user account, or stopping usage of the Service does not automatically cancel your paid subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription inside your account Subscription Settings dashboard or via the Paddle buyer portal.
The 24-Hour Rule
To avoid being charged for your subsequent billing cycle, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date or trial expiration.
